Glasgow.

The largest vessel which is berthed in, and trades with, the port is the "Nestor" of the Alfred Holt Line, which has the following dimensions :— length 530 ft., breadth 68 ft. 3 ine.. gross tonnage 14,250 tons. This vessel has left Glasgow with the

The "Ceramic," of the White Star Line, with a length of 675 ft. beam 69 ft., maximum loaded draught 34 ft. 6 in., gross tonnage 18,481 tons, has been docked at the Tilbury Dock. No longer vessel van at present be locked in any dock of the Port of London. Longer vessels could, of course, enter on the level.

The Coramic" has left Tilbury with a draught of

The Western Dry Dock at Tilbury, which is the largest
